Appointment Setter

• •Cold calling potential clients
• •Reaching decision-makers
• •Short qualification of leads
• •Scheduling Zoom meetings
• •Ensuring the client attends the meeting
• •Maintaining CRM and providing daily reports

• •Remote work
• •Fixed salary: 30,000 ₽
• •300 ₽ for each completed Zoom meeting
• •1,000 ₽ for each client who pays after the meeting
• •5,000 ₽ for the second month of payment from that client

Expected income: usually 110,000–170,000+ ₽ if you can schedule quality meetings.

• •Experience in cold calling
• •Not afraid of rejections and tough conversations
• •Ability to communicate calmly, confidently, and to the point
• •Understanding the difference between a 'scheduled' and an 'attended' meeting
• •Ability to work through a sales funnel, not just make many calls
• •Discipline, responsibility, and proper CRM management
