Description
What you'll do
- •Learn to onboard, service and sell products to UHNW & Family Office clients in a high paced environment.
- •Develop an understanding of customer needs and learn to formulate appropriate solutions based on their circumstances and risk appetite.
- •Act as the principal point of contact for a book of clients, after an initial training period.
- •Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and learn how to generate new leads.
- •Support senior team members in managing customer relationships and achieving team targets.

Requirements
- •A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- •2+ years of working experience in a related field is an advantage.
- •A strong interest in Bitcoin and/or crypto.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- •Fluency in English is required.
- •Chinese, Japanese or Korean proficiency is an advantage.
