Description
What you'll do
- β’Support the PEO sales team in building and progressing pipeline across the US market
- β’Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
- β’Partner with senior AEs on deal execution, including discovery, demos, and follow-ups
- β’Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
- β’Assist in managing high-velocity opportunities and timely follow-up
- β’Develop a strong understanding of Remoteβs PEO offering and market positioning
- β’Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer experience and deal progression
- β’Contribute to messaging, outreach strategies, and sales process improvements
- β’Meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
- β’Continuously develop toward a Senior AE role

Requirements
- β’Experience in sales, business development, SDR, or related SaaS/HR environment
- β’Strong interest in HR, PEO, or global employment solutions (PEO experience is a must)
- β’High level of integrity and strong work ethic
- β’Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly
- β’Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- β’Ability to support sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- β’Comfortable engaging prospects via outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- β’Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- β’Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- β’Experience with CRM tools (e.g.
Salesforce) preferred
- β’Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- β’Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
- β’Writes and speaks fluent English
- β’Remote work experience not required but a plus
