What you'll do

Requirements
- •Proven leadership in managing and scaling BI or analytics teams, including recruitment and performance coaching.
- •Ability to own the function's roadmap, capacity planning, and complex stakeholder management.
- •Strong commercial instinct with the ability to distinguish impactful business questions from noise.
- •Domain expertise in high-velocity transactional sectors like fintech, crypto, or payments.
- •Deep proficiency in B2C metrics, including acquisition funnels, retention curves, LTV, and CAC.
- •Expertise in product and marketing analytics, from A/B testing to attribution models and lifecycle stages.
- •Fluency across the modern analytics stack, including Databricks, dbt, and advanced visualization tools.
- •A strategic mindset focused on data trustworthiness and the specific decisions enabled by BI products.
