What you'll do

WHAT YOU LL DO

  • β€’Process licensing & commissions transactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • β€’Perform data entry, data validation, and data analysis with high accuracy
  • β€’Review, verify, and update records in internal systems.
  • β€’Handle email-based communication with internal teams or clients.
  • β€’Ensure compliance with quality standards, turnaround time (TAT), and SLAs
  • β€’Identify discrepancies or errors and escalate issues to supervisors when required
  • β€’Maintain confidentiality and data security as per company and client policies
  • β€’Participate in process improvement initiatives and training programs
  • β€’Meet productivity, accuracy, and performance targets consistently
  • β€’Researching and processing requests while working on multiple screens and applications.
  • β€’Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
  • β€’Performing routine research on customer inquiries.
  • β€’Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service standards.
  • β€’Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.
  • β€’Ability to work with strict timelines.

Requirements

WHAT YOU LL NEED

  • β€’Good written communication skills
  • β€’Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • β€’Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • β€’Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • β€’Time management and multitasking skills
  • β€’Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • β€’Willingness to work night shifts
  • β€’Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy.
  • β€’Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • β€’Experience of working in Insurance process would be preferred.
  • β€’Experience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.
  • β€’Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
  • β€’Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with client.
  • β€’Must have basic Email/ Letter writing skills.
  • β€’Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
