Description
You will 🚀
- •Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
- •Be responsible for clients including various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales)
- •Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- •Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure.
- •Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

Requirements
You have 🤓
- •3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance.
- •Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
- •Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
- •Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
- •Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
- •Highly self-organized and disciplined.
- •Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
