Description
What you'll do
▪️ Search and attract partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi);
▪️ Conduct negotiations in English: product presentation and deal closure;
▪️ Manage deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot);
▪️ Support the partner until launch (compliance + integration);
▪️ Develop partners and increase volumes.

Requirements
▪️ 2+ years of experience in BD/partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); ▪️ Experience in the full deal cycle: from acquisition to growth post-integration; ▪️ Ability to explain complex products (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business;
▪️ English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence);
▪️ Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar);
▪️ Remote work from any country except Russia and Belarus.
