BI Developer

• •Design, maintain, and evolve BI platforms and proprietary databases.
• •Build reports for regulators, customers, marketing, and internal stakeholders.
• •Uncover trends in customer behavior and deliver compliance-ready reports.
• •Shape the analytics layer that supports AI Agents.
• •Align data outputs with business needs and set standards for analytics delivery.
• •Build scalable, efficient BI workflows and tools.

Must Have:

• •Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, report automation, governance, and optimization).
• •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• •3+ years of experience in data management, BI, database development, ETL, and/or analytics.
• •Strong SQL scripting skills.
• •Experience in building reports for regulatory, customer-facing, and marketing purposes.
• •Solid project management and organizational skills.
• •Ability to abstract business logic into clear data models and insights.
• •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• •Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional, agile teams in a dynamic environment.
• •Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• •Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes, and big data concepts.
• •Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, Streamlit, or Oracle.
• •Prior consulting experience.
