Requirements

  • โ€ขProven experience in Web3 & DeFi Business Development
  • โ€ขHave experience handling high-volume client pipelines
  • โ€ขStrong organizational skills with CRMs and internal information sharing structures
  • โ€ขHave taken deals from initial contact to launch
  • โ€ขDeep understanding of enterprise blockchain, DeFi and EVM
  • โ€ข5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in DeFi and Web3
  • โ€ขUnderstanding how to work with both DeFi and Institutions
  • โ€ขYou have a strong, organized mind and work well in async workflows where documentation, knowledge sharing, and updates are effortlessly shared internally
  • โ€ขComfortable using AI tools (e.g.

Claude, ChatGPT, automation workflows) to accelerate research, content creation, and social media execution

  • โ€ขSelf-starter who can identify opportunities and lead initiatives independently
