What you'll do

Requirements

  • โ€ขOver 3 years of experience in Web3 sales with proven success.
  • โ€ขExisting network in web3 that can be activated.
  • โ€ขStrong skills in outbound calling, qualification, lead development, negotiation, and closing deals, as this position involves the full sales cycle.
  • โ€ขBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • โ€ขHelpful to have knowledge of payment systems and fintech.
  • โ€ขExperience in a startup and/or fast-growing company.
  • โ€ขWell-versed in Web3 concepts - entry platforms, smart contracts, NFTs, stablecoins, etc.
  • โ€ขAbility to persuade individuals at various levels and adapt presentations to their needs.
  • โ€ขEffective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • โ€ขExperience leveraging connections for business development.
  • โ€ขFluent in English.
