Description
What you'll do
- •Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- •Take the lead on special operations projects like revamping our pricing, streamlining billing, or automating the onboarding experience
- •Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of Turnkey’s core operating system, including the strategic and financial planning process, board materials preparation, measurement and reporting of company objectives, and operating cadence
- •Provide input on product development with insights from customer experiences and market trends
- •Assist with sales and BD efforts including: Participating in direct sales, building strategic partner relationships, creating sales materials, and summarizing sales learnings for the team

Requirements
- •2+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company, ideally in addition to 2+ years honing your skills in a demanding, high-performance professional environment
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- •Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- •Demonstrated passion for untangling tough problems and building scalable processes
- •Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a constantly evolving environment
- •Prior experience in a fintech, web3 or developer-focused startup
- •Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and opinionated on where it is going
