Description
Responsibilities
- β’Understand how the community truly lives: where people are interested, and where engagement and development are lacking, and build solutions from that.
- β’Formulate the website development strategy and work through user scenarios together with the SEO and development team.
- β’Organize the community structure: channels, entry points, growth, and basic analytics.
- β’Work with the entire audience journey: from attracting to developing an active core.
- β’Identify active and loyal individuals within the base, develop them, and build non-monetary motivation (role, status, recognition).
- β’Cultivate community culture: set the tone, formats, and environment that encourages participation, return, and content creation.
- β’Keep focus on what truly works and avoid inflating the system with unnecessary initiatives.
- β’Establish clear community team operations and synchronization with adjacent teams.
Conditions
- β’Comfort and decent conditions. Remote work from anywhere in the world, flexible start of the workday, and, of course, a competitive salary level.
- β’Care. Nice gifts for important life events, insurance depending on your location.
- β’A real team. Honest feedback, support, and commitment to results.
- β’Development. We will select the best training together and prepare for participation in conferences at the company's expense.
- β’Events for every taste. Trainings, seminars, conferences, lectures, master classes, as well as team-building and corporate events that impress with their scale.
- β’Hackathons, marathons, quests, and tournaments. Colleagues unite in teams, create cool ideas and projects, and receive equally cool prizes.
Requirements
Requirements
- β’3β5+ years of experience in community management.
- β’Experience with communities that thrive not around product necessity but around interest, environment, and participation.
- β’Understand the role of community for business: itβs about trust and reputation, not just engagement, and can translate business tasks into actions and results.
- β’Results-oriented, not activity-focused.
- β’Develop community at a systemic level: understand audience behavior and build pathways from a broad audience to the core and ambassadors.
- β’Experience with UGC as a system, not one-off mechanics.
- β’Make decisions based on data and observations.
- β’Select formats, mechanics, and channels for tasks.
- β’Build processes and synchronize the team (including remote).
- β’Proficient in spoken English at least B2+.
- β’Think from the task perspective, able to decompose goals and explain decisions.
