Description
What you'll do
- •Sending mass mailings and setting up trigger communications;
- •Responsible for the growth metrics of the designated CRM segment;
- •Formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, automating, and scaling successful communications;
- •Cross-functionally interacting with product, IT, analytics, customer service, and sales teams;
- •Researching the market and competitors, identifying new trends in CRM communications.

Requirements
- •Experience working with CDP – ideally Mindbox, but analogs (Exponea, Emarsys, RetailRocket, etc.) are also acceptable;
- •Experience working with ESP (Getresponse, Unisender, etc.);
- •Experience with various communication channels – Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push;
- •Experience in audience segmentation in ESP/CDP;
- •Ability to build hypotheses and conduct quality A/B tests;
- •Knowledge of CRM metrics, ability to calculate and use them for data-driven decision-making;
- •Preferably: experience working with databases of over 500,000 users.
