Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขDaily planning, setup, and launch of regular and triggered CRM campaigns through email, push, SMS, in-app channels (in Customer.io).
  • โ€ขCreation and optimization of automated communication chains (welcome, retention, reactivation).
  • โ€ขBuilding and maintaining user base segments by activity, behavior types, device, geo, and VIP status.
  • โ€ขInitiating, conducting, and analyzing A/B test results (subjects, content, sending time, visuals) for continuous optimization of mailings.
  • โ€ขSetting clear tasks for copywriters and designers for content and creatives preparation, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications.
  • โ€ขDaily monitoring and analysis of key campaign metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate.
  • โ€ขCompliance with compliance requirements and adherence to brand guidelines in every communication.
  • โ€ขAdhering to the marketing calendar and coordinating promotional activities with product and VIP teams.
  • โ€ขTesting new channels and hypotheses on a regular basis.
  • โ€ขMaintaining regular reporting on the effectiveness of conducted campaigns.

Requirements

CRM Platforms and Marketing Automation

  • โ€ขExperience with ESP/CDP platforms (Customer.io or similar).
  • โ€ขAbility to build logical chains and trigger scenarios for communication automation.
  • โ€ขBasic skills in HTML/CSS for editing email templates (e.g., in Stripo).
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of the principles of operation and setup of different channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-app).

Analytics and Campaign Optimization

  • โ€ขAbility to analyze data to assess the effectiveness of work and make decisions for improvement.
  • โ€ขExperience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) for tracking campaign results.
  • โ€ขUnderstanding and ability to analyze key funnel metrics (OR, CTR, CR, Retention).
  • โ€ขPractical experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests.

Segmentation and Understanding the Player

  • โ€ขPractical skills in segmenting the user base by various criteria (RFM, behavioral, LTV).
  • โ€ขAbility to select relevant offers and content for different segments.

Analytics and Data Work

  • โ€ขAbility to make strategic decisions based on data.
  • โ€ขExperience with analytical and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • โ€ขAbility to analyze funnels, cohorts, and campaign effectiveness to find growth points.
  • โ€ขIndependently formulates hypotheses for growth of key metrics and presents them as clear tasks for analytics or A/B testing. Based on the results of tests and analysis, makes conclusions used for planning next steps.
  • โ€ขIndependently extracts necessary data using SQL queries for hypothesis testing and analysis of experiment results.
