Description
What you'll do
- โขDaily planning, setup, and launch of regular and triggered CRM campaigns through email, push, SMS, in-app channels (in Customer.io).
- โขCreation and optimization of automated communication chains (welcome, retention, reactivation).
- โขBuilding and maintaining user base segments by activity, behavior types, device, geo, and VIP status.
- โขInitiating, conducting, and analyzing A/B test results (subjects, content, sending time, visuals) for continuous optimization of mailings.
- โขSetting clear tasks for copywriters and designers for content and creatives preparation, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications.
- โขDaily monitoring and analysis of key campaign metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate.
- โขCompliance with compliance requirements and adherence to brand guidelines in every communication.
- โขAdhering to the marketing calendar and coordinating promotional activities with product and VIP teams.
- โขTesting new channels and hypotheses on a regular basis.
- โขMaintaining regular reporting on the effectiveness of conducted campaigns.

Requirements
CRM Platforms and Marketing Automation
- โขExperience with ESP/CDP platforms (Customer.io or similar).
- โขAbility to build logical chains and trigger scenarios for communication automation.
- โขBasic skills in HTML/CSS for editing email templates (e.g., in Stripo).
- โขUnderstanding of the principles of operation and setup of different channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-app).
Analytics and Campaign Optimization
- โขAbility to analyze data to assess the effectiveness of work and make decisions for improvement.
- โขExperience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) for tracking campaign results.
- โขUnderstanding and ability to analyze key funnel metrics (OR, CTR, CR, Retention).
- โขPractical experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests.
Segmentation and Understanding the Player
- โขPractical skills in segmenting the user base by various criteria (RFM, behavioral, LTV).
- โขAbility to select relevant offers and content for different segments.
Analytics and Data Work
- โขAbility to make strategic decisions based on data.
- โขExperience with analytical and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).
- โขAbility to analyze funnels, cohorts, and campaign effectiveness to find growth points.
- โขIndependently formulates hypotheses for growth of key metrics and presents them as clear tasks for analytics or A/B testing. Based on the results of tests and analysis, makes conclusions used for planning next steps.
- โขIndependently extracts necessary data using SQL queries for hypothesis testing and analysis of experiment results.
