Description
What you'll do
- •Manage daily Crypto portfolios
- •Expert level Microsoft Excel skills
- •Execute rebalances, index tracking, cash management, and trade execution
- •Work directly with APs, market makers, and liquidity providers
- •Monitor crypto markets, ETF flows, macro trends, and volatility
- •Develop and enhance trading strategies and execution processes
- •Oversee risk metrics, position limits, and compliance requirements
- •Coordinate with operations on NAV and custodial workflows
- •Support new ETF launches and ongoing product enhancements
- •Provide portfolio insights for investor communication and internal reporting

Requirements
- •10 years of Crypto trading
- •Must be highly proficient in Excel
- •Understanding of cold storage and hot wallet
- •Understanding of decentralized exchanges
- •Strong understanding of ETF mechanics and market structure
- •Experience trading or managing crypto exposures or derivatives
- •High-level analytical skills; Advanced Excel required
- •Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
- •Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
