Description
What you'll do
- β’Help clients grow revenue and achieve other business goals using Mindbox tools
- β’Build relationships with decision-makers: agree on success metrics, negotiate the connection of new product tools, plan budgets
- β’Manage 12-15 clients from various sectors of medium-sized businesses simultaneously
- β’Set up automatic scenarios, segments, pop-ups in Mindbox
- β’Train clients to work in the system
- β’Prepare technical specifications, selecting the necessary API methods for client tasks
Conditions
- β’Work format: Office, Moscow
- β’Salary from 115,000 to 170,000 rubles
Requirements
- β’Experience managing projects in a team of at least 2 people: at university, personal projects, or work
- β’Independence in decision-making: you don't need someone to always tell you what to do
- β’Openness to feedback from clients and colleagues, willingness to reflect and change
- β’Focus on quality and usefulness in work
- β’Experience working with clients/entrepreneurial experience or work in a helping profession
- β’Interest in marketing: for example, launching ads in Yandex.Direct
- β’Interest in IT: know what an API is, not intimidated by HTML
- β’Experience working with clients: identifying tasks, negotiating
- β’Experience training others: for example, teaching or working in technical support
- β’Knowledge of A/B testing and control groups
