Description
What You Will Do
- β’Communicate with users from all over the world on a multichannel chat platform (live chats, emails, help centre content pieces)
- β’Timely alert the team about possible bugs or glitches in our products
- β’Gather user feedback and feature requests in a concise manner for the product team to use it to improve the product
- β’Dive deeper into the user's problems, investigate and help the team locate and fix the issues
- β’Detect patterns in user behaviour and analyse data to extract them and group users based on the data
- β’Use AI to adjust product for each group of users accordingly and set the rules for each group
- β’Be an advocate for the best user experience, understand the sorrows and joys of the customers and suggest ways to better their experience
- β’Work closely with other teams to provide insights about usersβ pain points and requests to translate them into product features
- β’Become an expert in how smart contracts, blockchains and traditional payments work
