Requirements
What you'll need
- •7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer.
- •3+ years of experience managing or leading team.
- •Experience working in banks or similar domain.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Track records of successfully delivering high-impact production services.
- •Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results.
- •Experience managing high-functioning remote team with autonomy.
- •Golang experience is a plus.
