Responsibilities
- •Manage three blocks (marketing / sales / implementation): goals → planning → execution → control
- •Oversee the full project cycle through leaders: from sales handover to final delivery to the client (timelines, quality, communication, stage control)
- •Restructure production through contractors (key focus):
- •Work rules and task setting
- •Quality and timeline control
- •Acceptance criteria
- •Clear execution control system (to avoid surprises at the end)
- •Planning and control of team/contractor workload: who does what, when, with deadlines, where the bottlenecks are
- •OKR and plan-fact: to ensure tasks and metrics are not just in the head but in the system and regularly monitored
- •Operational cleanliness: control payments/contracts in conjunction with the financial director and lawyer (to ensure figures and documents match)
Conditions
- •Remote work, 5/2, 10:00–19:00 MSK
- •Employment: GPH, first contract for one month (trial period), then extension
- •Income: Fixed + KPI and % of net profit (open to discussion, minimum 200,000 RUB)
