Description

What you'll do

  • •Act as a strategic People Partner for Servicing Operations and Product Operations teams
  • •Develop and implement people strategy, metrics, and OKRs
  • •Work on performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning
  • •Collaborate with the Recruitment team on hiring forecasts and talent planning
  • •Support organizational design, change management, and employee engagement
  • •Develop leadership capability and leadership development initiatives
  • •Work with HR CoE on complex HR and Employee Relations cases
  • •Enhance DEI initiatives and improve employee experience
  • •Analyze people metrics, engagement surveys, and HR risks
  • •Support leaders in talent management and organizational transformation

Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner in a high-growth environment
  • •Experience working with global and distributed teams
  • •Strong skills in people analytics and data-driven decision making
  • •Experience in organizational development and change management
  • •Project management and strategic HR partnership skills
  • •Experience with Employee Relations cases
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • •Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
