Description
What you'll do
- •Act as a strategic People Partner for Servicing Operations and Product Operations teams
- •Develop and implement people strategy, metrics, and OKRs
- •Work on performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning
- •Collaborate with the Recruitment team on hiring forecasts and talent planning
- •Support organizational design, change management, and employee engagement
- •Develop leadership capability and leadership development initiatives
- •Work with HR CoE on complex HR and Employee Relations cases
- •Enhance DEI initiatives and improve employee experience
- •Analyze people metrics, engagement surveys, and HR risks
- •Support leaders in talent management and organizational transformation

Requirements
- •Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner in a high-growth environment
- •Experience working with global and distributed teams
- •Strong skills in people analytics and data-driven decision making
- •Experience in organizational development and change management
- •Project management and strategic HR partnership skills
- •Experience with Employee Relations cases
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- •Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
