Description

What You Will Do

  • β€’Shape how the public sector securely manages digital assets at scale.
  • β€’Drive adoption and operational credibility for the firm in the public sector.
  • β€’Lead client experience to develop, enhance, and operationalize custody procedures and governance frameworks.
  • β€’Operate with minimal oversight in complex regulatory and operational settings.
  • β€’Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and other teams to align internal delivery.
  • β€’Maintain feedback loops with the Head of Government Solutions to evolve GTM strategy based on implementation insights.
  • β€’Build trust with senior government officials across Legal, operational, and technical roles.
  • β€’Represent the company with credibility and clarity in agency meetings and high-profile forums.
  • β€’Synthesize complex public sector needs into actionable roadmaps for internal execution.
  • β€’Partner effectively across product, policy, and GTM functions to represent institutional client interests.

Requirements

You May Be a Fit If You Have

  • β€’10 - 15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets, and familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions.
  • β€’Program Management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program.
  • β€’A track record of working across government, law enforcement, and or regulatory institutions to drive implementation of digital assets strategy, policy, and or operations.
  • β€’A willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients across their digital assets functional requirements.
  • β€’Experience in leading, drafting, and delivering responses to government RFP/RFI submissions.
  • β€’High-performance orientation with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently.
