Description
What you'll do
- •Deeply study the product — we have analytics and hypotheses, your task is to build a strategy
- •Conduct customer development with participants — understand why they come, why they stay, why they leave
- •Translate insights from customer development into specific product solutions
- •Develop paid products within the ecosystem: subscriptions, closed clubs, education, VIP access, referral programs, tournaments
- •Find new monetization points within the community and test them
- •Together with the marketing team, build onboarding and the participant's journey from first contact to paying customer
- •Maintain relationships with partner exchanges and grow referral commissions
- •Manage the team: development, design, content
- •Regularly review metrics and make decisions based on data, not intuition
- •Think not about how to support what exists — but about what can be improved.

- •You can manage resources wisely and take responsibility for results
- •You work with AI tools — this is a basic requirement, not a bonus
- •You are more of a strategist but can also be a tactician.
