Description

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Own the Lead Engine
  • Design and execute strategies to generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads
  • Proactively source and reach out to AI startups, tech founders, and Web3-native teams
  • Build and activate networks across AI, crypto, and startup ecosystems
  • Continuously refine strategy and targeting for higher-quality pipeline
  • Content & Positioning
  • Own Ooble’s case studies, X presence, and brand content
  • Position Ooble as the design partner for AI-native and crypto-native companies
  • Translate our work into lead-generating narratives that attract the right clients
  • Shape Ooble’s voice within the AI design and product ecosystem
  • Qualification & Conversion
  • Act as the first serious touchpoint for all inbound and outbound leads
  • Run discovery and early-stage conversion calls
  • Assess client fit across scope, budget, and urgency
  • Move leads from interest to intent to proposal-ready
  • Maintain strong deal momentum up to closing
  • Supporting Responsibilities
  • Support the founder on proposals, pricing context, and deal strategy
  • Set up and maintain basic CRM and pipeline tracking
  • Improve funnel performance across lead quality, conversion, and velocity
  • Represent Ooble selectively across AI, Web3, and tech ecosystems

Compensation

  • Base: $2,000–3,000/month
  • Commission: flat 5% on the first month value of every retainer or project you source and help convert
  • Paid in fiat

Process

  • Paid 2-week test mission ($1,000)
  • 3-month rolling contract to start

Requirements

Profile

  • 4+ years across growth, business development, sales, or marketing
  • Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and move deals toward close
  • Comfortable on calls, driving conversion conversations, showing up with charisma at events
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with a builder mindset, 0 to 1 execution

Strong Preference

  • Familiarity with AI startups, tools, or product ecosystems
  • Experience in Web3, crypto, or startup environments
  • Prior experience in an agency, studio, or working closely with founders
