Requirements

  • β€’Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as a Head of HR or in a similar position
  • β€’Background in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, or a related field
  • β€’Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic HR partner with a clear understanding of business and product context
  • β€’A strategic mindset combined with a passion for people and culture
  • β€’Excellent organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • β€’Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to clearly articulate decisions and strategic direction
  • β€’Experience building Learning & Development initiatives and working with leaders on continuous growth and development
  • β€’Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex organization
  • β€’Fluency in both English and Czech/Slovak
  • β€’Willingness to be regularly present in the office (not required daily)
