What Youโll Own
- โขSit across from leadership
- โขRun discovery and validation conversations with our prospects' marketing leadership โ CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, Performance Directors. Speak to them as a peer, not a vendor: how their team's operating model changes when agents do the execution. From experience, not from slides.
- โขWork directly with the UA leadership of our most strategic accounts. Embedded in their setup, understanding how they run acquisition, calibrating the agent against their reality.
- โขTake the strategic logic you've been running in your head โ when to scale, when to kill, how creative cycles play out, how budget shifts across markets โ and turn it into rules and skills.
- โขTranslate what you see in the field into product direction. You're the practitioner's voice on the team โ what's missing, what's wrong, what would make the agent more powerful for the teams using it at scale.
What You Can Expect
- โขYour expertise is the product โ the deeper your UA knowledge, the more valuable you become, here and in the industry.
- โขWork at the frontier โ you're building AI technology.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
#### Must Have
- โขHands-on budget management โ you've personally run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, or both. Budgets $500K+/month.
- โขHead / Senior / Lead UA level โ you're currently a Head of UA, used to be, or are a Senior who works fully autonomously.
- โขAutomation experience โ you've worked with automation tools or built in-house: automated rules, scripts, reporting pipelines.
- โขData fluency โ SQL fluency is a plus, but what we need is a structural understanding of how advertising data works: funnels, attribution, where numbers come from.
- โขAI-comfortable โ Cursor, Claude Code, AI tools shouldn't be new concepts.
#### Nice to Have
- โขExperience with Cursor, Claude Code, or building AI-powered workflows.
- โขPublic presence (LinkedIn, Telegram channel, conference talks).
- โขExperience briefing developers on automation tasks.
#### Red Flags
- โขStrategy or media planning only, without mechanic fluency.
- โขBudgets consistently below $100K/month.
- โขNo automation experience at all.
- โขNo understanding of data fundamentals (attribution, funnels, where ad numbers come from).
- โขDeep expertise in one very specific setup that can't generalize across different clients.
