Description
What You Will Do

Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2)
- •Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned growth experts.
- •Master our core marketing tech stack, learn the fundamentals of the digital sales funnel, and build your essential toolkit in data analytics and campaign architecture.
Project Immersion (Months 3-4)
- •Working closely with our Growth & Marketing Team, you will dive into hands-on projects across three four core areas:
- •Paid Media Strategy: Planning and executing high-impact campaigns.
- •Conversion Optimization: Designing and testing landing pages and user journeys to turn clicks into loyal customers.
- •Channel Scaling: Identifying new growth opportunities and testing untapped digital channels to expand our market reach.
- •Performance Insights: Mastering ROI tracking and attribution models to refine our global GTM strategy with data-backed decisions.
Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6)
- •Lead impactful projects demonstrating your growth on your journey to become a global ambassador of the company.
