Description
What you'll do
- •Develop corporate culture in a remote environment
- •Launch online activities: quizzes, games, challenges, streams
- •Manage internal communications: posts, digests, surveys, interactions
- •Generate new formats (sections, special projects, mini-shows)
- •Work on engagement: collect feedback, analyze eNPS, improvements

- •Collaborate with L&D in employee assessment and development
- •Organize training formats: meetings, workshops, lectures
- •Launch alternative training formats (podcasts, mini-courses)
- •Maintain reporting and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives

Requirements
