Description
Responsibilities
- •Participate in the development of technical implementation projects for the end customer;
- •Direct involvement in piloting/prototyping/testing technical projects;
- •Assist in the installation and configuration of company solutions (remotely/on-site);
- •Full cycle of technical support for the customer regarding installation, configuration, operation, updates, and optimization of used solutions;
- •Work in the HelpDesk system with customer requests according to SLA;
- •Analyze requests, model, and remotely diagnose incidents;
- •Escalate incidents to other support levels.
