Description

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of technical implementation projects for the end customer;
  • Direct involvement in piloting/prototyping/testing technical projects;
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of company solutions (remotely/on-site);
  • Full cycle of technical support for the customer regarding installation, configuration, operation, updates, and optimization of used solutions;
  • Work in the HelpDesk system with customer requests according to SLA;
  • Analyze requests, model, and remotely diagnose incidents;
  • Escalate incidents to other support levels.
