Description
Strategy and Development
- •Formulate influencer marketing strategy for Europe and Asia;
- •Integrate influencer marketing into the overall marketing strategy;
- •Define directions, processes, and approaches for working with influencers.
Team and Budget
- •Manage the current team and its development;
- •Manage the budget for the direction of 300–500K per year;
- •Control work with contractors and agencies in different countries;
- •Attract influencers in trading, investment, and cryptocurrency topics;
- •Build long-term partnerships;
- •Launch integrations in Telegram, YouTube, podcasts, and specialized media.
Partnerships and Analytics
- •Develop relationships with brokers, affiliates, and financial media;
- •Set up tracking effectiveness for each influencer;
- •Analyze contributions to deposits, activity, and LTV;
- •Prepare reports for management.
Conditions
- •Salary 230,000 – 280,000 rubles per month;
- •Salary review based on Performance Review results;
- •Office format work in the center of Moscow, Frunzenskaya metro, Sadovye Kvartaly;
- •Schedule 5/2, flexible start time;

Requirements
- •Experience in influencer marketing in fintech, trading, or crypto for at least 3 years;
- •Experience managing a team and budget of at least 200K per year;
- •Understanding of financial advertising requirements in various jurisdictions;
- •Experience working in international markets;
- •Fluent English.
