Description
Responsibilities
- •Organizing and documenting new entities, corporations, and LLCs.
- •Documenting initial relationships (shareholders, developers, employees, customers).

- •Understanding of FinTech contracts (MSAs, SOWs).
- •Experience with privacy law compliance.
- •Knowledge of trademarks and copyrights.
