Description
What you'll do
- •Manage and develop Paycot's social media
- •Prepare content for LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, Instagram/Facebook
- •Assist with content for team members' personal profiles
- •Create a content plan
- •Use AI for ideas, research, drafts, and content adaptation
- •Provide briefs to designers for banners, carousels, and ad creatives
- •Launch and test ads in Meta Ads, later in LinkedIn Ads
- •Analyze results and draw concise conclusions
Conditions

- •Trial period: from $700
- •After successful trial period: $1000/month
- •Potential salary growth based on performance

- •Opportunity to build SMM and paid social direction with the team
Requirements
- •Junior/Middle level
- •Experience in SMM / digital marketing
- •Understanding of content and advertising
- •Experience with Instagram/Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, or X/Twitter
- •Basic experience with Meta Ads
- •Proficient written English
- •Ability to write clearly, structurally, and concisely
- •Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
- •Willingness to learn about fintech/crypto topics
