Description
What you'll do
- ā¢Be a full partner to the leader of the product acquisition team and the commercial director: assist them in making data-driven decisions.
- ā¢Manage the product analytics team: participate in hiring, develop analysts, and work on their motivation.
- ā¢Actively participate in forming long-term plans for the direction.
Requirements
- ā¢You have experience as a team leader or mentoring junior colleagues for at least a year.
- ā¢Experience in building metric trees or hierarchies or digitizing processes.
- ā¢Built informative data visualizations in BI systems.
- ā¢Knowledge of mathematical statistics, conducted full-cycle A/B testing.
- ā¢Proficient in SQL and Python, especially Pandas.
- ā¢Able to independently analyze any situation, ask the right questions, gather necessary information, and draw conclusions that lead to the best decision.
- ā¢Experience in marketing analytics or product acquisition analytics is a plus, knowledge of causal analysis methods, time series analysis, and classical machine learning methods.
