What you'll be doing
- •Advising business stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues affecting all areas of the business.
- •Reviewing applicable laws and regulations and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders in navigating legal and regulatory issues.
- •Providing end-to-end legal and regulatory support for the launch of new products and services.
- •Assisting with corporate governance matters.
- •Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- •Liaising with various regulatory authorities and assisting with licence applications.
- •Engagement with policymakers on developments affecting the blockchain industry.
- •Managing and resolving legal disputes, including alternative dispute resolution methods.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- •0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Legal qualification in Singapore, Hong Kong, UK or other comparable common law jurisdiction will be preferred.
- •Relevant financial services regulatory and corporate experience will be a plus.
- •A commercial mind that enables you to identify and distill a variety of legal issues (e.g., regulatory, contract, IP, privacy, consumer protection, risk) and clearly communicate practical risk-based solutions to the business and product teams.
- •Good organisational and time-management skills.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills.
- •Proactive and a team player.
