Market Insights Lead (Research)

• •Working closely with the business you will produce both internal and external reports ranging from daily market updates to weekly news summaries, monthly crypto commentaries, trends, trading patterns and in-depth reports on key financial topics impacting the crypto space.
• •Your reports will be used to help and support B2C2 clients with advice and advisory regarding go-to-market strategies, competitive environment analyses as well as support trading and risk to help them monitor positions from a fundamental perspective.
• •Participate in marketing and sales activities including campaigns, communications, sales collateral, and white papers for webinars, clients calls and events.

• •Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business or engineering.
• •Market research role, or other markets-focused role (e.g. sales & trading; economist) on the sell-side (bank, broker, etc.) or on the buy-side (asset manager, hedge fund, etc.). Crypto exposure is preferred.
• •Competent data analysis experience working with APIs and on-chain data streams as well as platforms like Kaiko, Dune, DeFiLlama, etc.
• •Data visualization experience using Excel, Google Sheets and AI tools including Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
• •Experience with developing thought leadership and research reports in-house and with external vendors.
• •Experience partnering with Marketing, Trading, Legal and Compliance to draft and distribute thought leadership and written market commentary to clients.
• •Strong understanding of finance, capital markets, trading, and crypto.
• •Analytical mindset and strong writing and communication skills.
