Description
Responsibilities
- •Market making and OTC trading:
- •Maintain bid/ask quotes for USDT/RUB, BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT in OTC channels;
- •Ensure stable spreads and liquidity for corporate clients;
- •Quickly adjust rates in response to market changes;
- •Hedge positions through spot and futures markets of crypto exchanges;
- •Manage currency risks and control open positions.
- •Procurement and working with counterparties:
- •Search for and attract new counterparties (OTC pools, exchanges, payment services, crypto exchanges);
- •Negotiate procurement terms for USDT and other digital assets;
- •Compare price offers, analyze fees and limits;
- •Formulate purchase requests, control payments and deliveries;
- •Monitor the fulfillment of obligations by counterparties.
- •Analytics and reporting:
- •Daily analysis of procurement and market making efficiency;
- •Record spreads, transaction volumes, and realized profits;
- •Prepare reports for management.
Conditions
- •Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- •Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00;

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in OTC trading, market making, or crypto asset procurement;
- •Understanding of the structure of the OTC market for USDT/RUB, liquidity channels;
- •Experience working with counterparties: OTC pools, exchanges, payment systems, crypto exchanges;
- •Negotiation skills and price agreement;
- •Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment;
- •High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
- •Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for transaction analysis.
