Description
What You Will Do
- •Facilitate the hedging needs of client flows, ensuring best in class service.
- •Manage risk exposures within the company's risk appetite.
- •Contribute to the growth of the trading business.
- •Perform principal trading exposure management infrastructure and processes.
- •Build and optimize the trading desk’s pricing, risk models and governing controls.
- •Follow market narratives to contribute perspectives to internal research efforts.
- •Be available to respond to changing exposures, client questions and requests, including rotations on weekends and off-hours.
Requirements
What Is Required
- •5+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
- •Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.
