Description
What you'll do
- •Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure data quality.
- •Support payroll processes with external providers and ensure data accuracy.
- •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- •Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- •Maintain HR documentation, including contracts and administrative deadlines.
- •Monitor employee data, such as leaves and benefits, and update regularly.
- •Support administrative and organizational activities within the People & Culture team.
- •Participate in People & Culture initiatives and HR process improvement projects.
- •Assist in organizing company events and activities to increase employee engagement.
- •Collaborate with People Business Partners on HR projects and team initiatives.
Conditions
- •Fixed-term collaboration, usually between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements
- •Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR / People Operations, preferably in a dynamic, technological, or international environment.
- •Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, administration, and payroll basics (PL).
- •Excellent communication skills and a partnership approach to working with employees and managers.
- •Very good knowledge of English (working in a global environment).
