Description
What you'll do
- โขManage the full lifecycle of employees in the US (onboarding โ performance โ offboarding)
- โขPartner with managers on performance and employee decisions
- โขLaunch and manage performance review cycles
- โขDevelop and implement competency matrices
- โขCoach managers (feedback, PIP, probation, development)
- โขWork with employee relations (terminations, risks, documentation)
- โขCollaborate with Legal and HR Ops on US compliance
- โขAnalyze HR metrics and employee feedback
- โขBuild scalable HR processes
- โขMaintain documentation in HR systems

Requirements
- โข3+ years of experience in HR / People Partner / HRBP with US FTE employees
- โขPractical experience in employee relations in the US
- โขExperience in building performance management processes
- โขExperience in creating competency matrices from scratch
- โขUnderstanding of US employment (at-will, documentation, state differences)
- โขExperience working in a fast-paced environment (startup / scale-up)
- โขCoaching skills for managers
- โขData-driven approach (metrics, eNPS, etc.)
- โขExperience with HR tools (BambooHR, Lattice, etc.)
- โขFluent in Russian and English
- โขWillingness to work in the US time zone (EST)
