Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขManage the full lifecycle of employees in the US (onboarding โ†’ performance โ†’ offboarding)
  • โ€ขPartner with managers on performance and employee decisions
  • โ€ขLaunch and manage performance review cycles
  • โ€ขDevelop and implement competency matrices
  • โ€ขCoach managers (feedback, PIP, probation, development)
  • โ€ขWork with employee relations (terminations, risks, documentation)
  • โ€ขCollaborate with Legal and HR Ops on US compliance
  • โ€ขAnalyze HR metrics and employee feedback
  • โ€ขBuild scalable HR processes
  • โ€ขMaintain documentation in HR systems

Requirements

  • โ€ข3+ years of experience in HR / People Partner / HRBP with US FTE employees
  • โ€ขPractical experience in employee relations in the US
  • โ€ขExperience in building performance management processes
  • โ€ขExperience in creating competency matrices from scratch
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of US employment (at-will, documentation, state differences)
  • โ€ขExperience working in a fast-paced environment (startup / scale-up)
  • โ€ขCoaching skills for managers
  • โ€ขData-driven approach (metrics, eNPS, etc.)
  • โ€ขExperience with HR tools (BambooHR, Lattice, etc.)
  • โ€ขFluent in Russian and English
  • โ€ขWillingness to work in the US time zone (EST)
