Description
What you'll do
- •Responsible for forming and implementing go-to-market strategy
- •Formulate roadmap and manage backlog with a clear link to business results
- •Lead the product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis testing to feature launch in production
- •Build interaction between development, design, marketing, and support
- •Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate this into concrete solutions
- •Make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and move quickly
- •If necessary, build and develop the team.

Requirements
- •At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS
- •Proven experience in product growth in international markets — ideally, if you built something from scratch or worked in industry leaders
- •Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people
- •Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a full set of data
- •Experience working with stakeholders and communicating at the founder level.
