Description
What you'll do
- •Own the product roadmap and execution strategy for key Chainlink Data products
- •Work closely with engineering, research, sales, and marketing teams to drive product delivery and adoption
- •Lead concept analysis, feature discovery, and technical exploration based on customer needs, market opportunities, and internal product ideas
- •Define clear product requirements, priorities, and success criteria to enable efficient execution across teams
- •Drive product release and rollout planning across core engineering, infrastructure, and integration teams
- •Build strong cross-functional relationships to align teams around strategic priorities and execution
- •Make difficult product tradeoffs across customer needs, technical constraints, security requirements, reliability, and delivery timelines
- •Help shape products operating at the frontier of on-chain finance and real-time market infrastructure

Requirements
- •Strong ownership mentality and a demonstrated ability to drive products from concept through production
- •Experience working with financial markets, market data, trading systems, or financial infrastructure products
- •Proven track record of shipping products or features that delivered meaningful customer or business impact
- •Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex systems
- •5–8 years of product management experience in fast-moving or high-growth environments
- •Experience operating across product, engineering, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to create alignment and remove execution bottlenecks across teams
- •Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with high technical and organizational complexity
