Description

What you'll do

  • Manage the website as a product: from hypotheses and prototypes to launches with designers, developers, and layout specialists
  • Increase conversion, page depth, and engagement through A/B testing, analytics, and hypotheses
  • Set up and optimize web tools: chats, lead catchers, trigger scenarios
  • Work with UX/CX, prototypes in Figma, and data
  • Identify growth points through metrics, research, and CustDev
  • Manage the delivery process (development, launches, releases)

Conditions

  • Salary: 200,000 – 300,000 ₽ net + monthly and project bonuses
  • Format: full remote (Moscow ±4 hours, can be from other countries)
  • Schedule: 5/2, flexible start, weekends to be agreed
  • Registration: IP
  • Training: paid if needed
  • Bonuses: based on project outcomes
  • Corporate events: every six months we go away for 3 days

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech / EGE / online schools
  • Experience with websites not on Tilda (real changes in conversions, depth, engagement)
  • Team management (designers, developers, layout specialists)
  • Strong analytical skills: metrics → hypotheses → growth points
  • Figma (prototypes, working with designers)
  • Web tools: chats, lead catchers, triggers
  • Understanding of JTBD, CJM, USP
  • Basic marketing knowledge - understanding what and how is sold
