Description
What you'll do
- •Be the 'Single Window' for the client: Manage all communications (chats, calls, Zoom), coordinate plans, and defend reports;
- •Manage production: Assign tasks to the team (context specialists, SEO, designers, coders), control deadlines;
- •Ensure quality: Check specialists' work against checklists before sending to the client;
- •Manage documents: Ensure all completed work acts are signed and returned on time;
- •Develop the client: Identify growth opportunities for the project and propose new services or budget expansions.
Conditions
- •Salary + KPI. Your income directly depends on the number of completed acts and client retention (LTV). There is no ceiling — the more projects you manage, the more you earn;
- •Remote work (Full-time, 5/2). Be available from 7:00 to 16:00 MSK or from 9:00 to 18:00 Chelyabinsk time.
Requirements
- •Have at least 1 year of experience in Digital.
You should understand the website development process and the principles of contextual advertising/SEO;
- •Systematic.
Able to use task managers (Bitrix24, YouGile or similar) and CRM.
Nothing gets lost, everything is recorded;
- •Stress-resistant and diplomatic.
You don't freeze when a client requests changes but can translate emotions into constructive tasks;
- •Persistent.
Able to get colleagues/contractors to deliver a layout on Friday evening, not Monday morning.
