What you'll do
- •Manage the team (developers, designers, release manager, and content manager).
- •Ensure quality of team work: check titles, designs, creatives, final builds.
- •Test applications: independently test all releases in Xcode.
- •Organize release processes: set tasks, deadlines, and monitor status in Jira.
- •Analyze: investigate reasons for rejections/approvals, optimize processes, increase % of successful releases.
- •Motivate the team: constantly monitor deadlines, push, synchronize.

Requirements
- •Experience as an IT Project Manager is mandatory.
- •Experience in iGaming (Gambling, Betting) is mandatory.

- •Experience with WebView applications for iOS is a big plus (understanding the logic of embedded browsers, interaction with native elements, assembly specifics).
- •Understanding of App Store moderation specifics and experience in bypassing restrictions is desirable.
- •Knowledge of tools: Cursor, GitHub, Xcode, Codemagic, Jira is a plus.
- •Ability to take responsibility, structure processes, and bring order.
