Description

What you'll do

  • β€’Manage day-to-day communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle (kickoff β†’ delivery β†’ support).
  • β€’Run 4–6 projects in parallel (2 mid-size + 2–4 small), ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are on track.
  • β€’Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, SEO, analytics).
  • β€’Clarify and structure client requirements, break them down into actionable tasks for the team.
  • β€’Maintain key project documentation (SOW, briefs, timelines, task descriptions, roadmaps, other PM/BA artifacts).
  • β€’Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • β€’Keep stakeholders aligned and informed at all stages of the project.
  • β€’Support client relationships and contribute to long-term collaboration.
  • β€’Assist in project estimations and proposals together with senior team members.
  • β€’Identify potential improvement areas in processes and project workflows.
  • β€’Spotting opportunities for upsells and supporting the sales process.
  • β€’Negotiating with the clients on the additional services.

Requirements

  • β€’3–5 years of experience managing client-facing digital projects (agency experience is a strong plus).
  • β€’Experience running multiple projects in parallel (ideally 3–5+).
  • β€’Solid understanding of the website development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • β€’Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, dev, marketing).
  • β€’Ability to gather and structure requirements.
  • β€’Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • β€’Strong communication skills and confidence working with client stakeholders.
  • β€’English β€” full working proficiency (C1).
  • β€’The ability to align working hours as closely as possible with the EST timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • β€’Experience with sales, pre-sales calls, workshops, onboarding new clients will be a plus.
