Description

Key responsibilities

  • β€’Strategic planning & localisation:
  • β€’Own the annual IPBS marketing roadmap, aligned to global KPIs for acquisition, FTD and retention.
  • β€’Run deep-dive market intelligence on local competitors, pricing models and trader behaviour to surface untapped segments.
  • β€’Localise creative, messaging, landing pages and promotional offers.
  • β€’Go-to-market strategy:
  • β€’Design and lead 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement.
  • β€’Build quarterly GTM plans with clear hypotheses, channel mix, budget allocation and success metrics.
  • β€’Partner with Product on regionally-relevant features, deposit methods and bonus mechanics.
  • β€’Performance & growth marketing:
  • β€’Lead regional acquisition and act as a link with our Paid Media team.
  • β€’Funnel optimisation: analyse the journey from first touch to second deposit and ship regional fixes.
  • β€’Design lifecycle campaigns, reactivation flows and bonus mechanics.
  • β€’Build co-marketing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box assets.
  • β€’Agency & stakeholder management:
  • β€’Manage external media agencies, PR firms, and creative shops.
  • β€’Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product and Sales.
  • β€’Brief, review and sign off all regional creative before it goes live.
  • β€’Brand & offline presence:
  • β€’Plan and execute regional participation in major expos and host VIP seminars.
  • β€’Manage relationships with regional financial portals and trading-focused media.
  • β€’Act as brand guardian, ensuring all PR activity respects local advertising rules.
  • β€’AI-augmented operating model:
  • β€’Use AI tools as a force-multiplier for various marketing tasks.

Requirements

What you'll bring

#### Must have

  • β€’4–7 years in performance/brand marketing, with at least 2 years owning a region or country P&L.
  • β€’Deep familiarity with at least two IPBS markets; India is non-negotiable.
  • β€’Track record running paid acquisition at scale across various channels.
  • β€’Hands-on campaign craft: ability to write briefs and review creative.
  • β€’Working knowledge of crypto, forex, CFDs or another regulated financial vertical.
  • β€’Fluent English plus at least one of: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil or Sinhala.
  • β€’Demonstrable AI-in-workflow examples.

#### Nice to have

  • β€’Existing relationships with IPBS trading KOLs or financial media.
  • β€’Experience working alongside an affiliate/IB programme.
  • β€’SEO, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or community-building experience.
  • β€’Experience navigating local advertising restrictions on crypto or leveraged products.
