Description

What you'll do

  • Full sales cycle from first contact to client launch: qualification, demo, negotiations, signing, onboarding.
  • Work with inbound leads from existing company channels and develop your own acquisition channel (LinkedIn, email, industry events, partnerships).
  • Choose a specialization segment: merchants or providers. Combination is possible.
  • Manage deals in AmoCRM, maintain a transparent pipeline, regular reporting on results.
  • Participate in deal reviews with Head of Sales and CCO, exchange expertise within the team.
  • Upon achieving planned targets, form a team for your direction: selection, hiring, process building.

Conditions

  • Fixed part + percentage of turnover from your clients. Compensation level is discussed individually.
  • Budget for team formation upon achieving planned targets.
  • Direct reporting to Head of Sales and CCO.
  • Fully remote work format, flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of complex products.

Priority industries: fintech, payments, Web3, enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven experience in closing deals independently from cold outreach to contract signing.

Experience managing the full cycle, not just individual stages of the pipeline.

  • Understanding of the payment industry: PSP, acquiring, high-risk and low-risk segments, KYB.

Experience with crypto payments is a plus.

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

All communication with clients and partners is in English.

  • Ability to conduct online product demos (without video) for English-speaking clients periodically.
  • Independence and proactivity, ability to work without operational control from management.
  • Systematic thinking: ability to not only close deals but also formalize work processes.
