Description
What you'll do
- •Active search and attraction of clients: cold sales 80%, current client management 20%. As the portfolio fills, the proportion will shift towards client management and development.
- •Conduct negotiations with HRDs, CMOs, and heads of mass recruitment departments.
- •Client qualification: identifying business tasks, budget, key stakeholders, and timelines.
- •Full cycle deal management.
- •Setting realistic expectations for clients.
- •Retaining and developing current clients.
- •Market analysis, tracking news and trends. Making independent decisions on which niche to pursue.

- •Salary: market salary of 252,900 gross + quarterly bonus + annual bonus.
