Description

Your role

  • Work with the Client Operations team and Marketing Cloud Product Owner to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot customer journeys, automations, and system processes in Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and maintain Data Extensions, perform audience segmentation, and facilitate integration of customer data as per business requirements.
  • Consult Client Operations, Lifecycle, and Product teams on the best technical approach to campaign execution, automation design, and business requirements.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of new communication channels and channel capabilities within Marketing Cloud, in coordination with Client Operations and Marketing Cloud Product Owner.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by configuring test variants, audience splits, and measurement tracking within Marketing Cloud.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign delivery and customer engagement.
  • Execute administrative functions, including user account maintenance and access management.
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot integration processes between Salesforce and other needed solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolution for all Marketing Cloud issues, including in collaboration with Marketing Cloud Support.
  • Regularly audit the email sender reputation and IP health.
  • Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and policies for all Marketing Cloud configurations.

Requirements

What makes you stand out

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing automation role.
  • Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on knowledge of Studios and Builders.
  • Good understanding of other Salesforce solutions (Sales & Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud).
  • Understanding of agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics.
  • Experience with basic HTML (for example, creating tables, links, and bolding).
  • Experience with AMPscript and SQL.
  • Excellent organization and prioritizing skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop creative solutions.
