Description
What you'll do
- •Develop the affiliate direction in Franco Africa
- •Manage and strengthen the team
- •Attract and develop partners: cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites
- •Control traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV
- •Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- •Analyze traffic, competitors, and identify growth points

Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role
- •Strong experience with affiliate traffic
- •Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager
- •Experience in team management and negotiations
- •English from B1, French is a big plus
- •Experience with capper traffic will be especially important
