In the first 3 months, you will
- •Build a production-ready backend architecture
- •Design and launch data ingestion pipelines from heterogeneous sources
- •Develop scalable backend services and APIs
- •Ensure observability, logging, and system auditability
- •Deliver working endpoints/services demonstrating stable performance under load

- •Proven 5+ years of experience: you have launched production systems used by businesses or large organizations
- •Deep understanding of distributed systems and their behavior under load
- •Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar streaming systems
- •Backend development experience in Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
- •Strong system design skills (performance, fault tolerance, scalability)
- •Willingness to provide proof of experience: GitHub / production cases / architectural decisions
